This Arts Center is 501(c)(3) non-profit and will be funded by government grants, private donations, sponsorships, partnerships, and foundations.
Together, we can make it real!
Thank you for your interest in supporting the vision of a future Performing Arts Center. At this stage, we are solely in the Research and Development phase. All donations and sponsorships go exclusively toward planning, feasibility studies, and design. Please note that contributions do not guarantee the center's ultimate construction. Your support helps us explore the possibility. Thank you for being part of this critical early step.
How will my donation be used?
The donations and support from the Founder's Circle will help progress and fund the following:
-
Site / Building Feasibility Study, including an Economic Impact Study, and a Financial Feasibility Study.
-
Analyze all costs of operations, planning, construction including projections.
-
Develop a more specific Concept Plan, including equipment needs plan.
-
This process will include equipment needs and cost analysis.
-
-

-
This study would identify the optimal capital funding opportunities, including analysis of the level of support the local market could bear for capital contributions as well as on-going operational support.
-
-
Exploration of funding and support from local governmental entities.
-
Support can include land, fee concessions, bonds, incentives, grants, and cash support.
